Ambassador Tiers

Tiers allow you to gamify your program and automatically reward your highest-performing ambassadors with better perks and exclusive access.

Default Tier Structure

Sonar Seed comes with three default tiers based on lifetime sales generated:

  • MEMBER: $0+ lifetime sales. (Baseline perks)
  • VIP: $1,000+ lifetime sales. (Typically includes higher commissions)
  • ELITE: $5,000+ lifetime sales. (For top performers)

Customizing Tiers

Go to Settings > Brand to manage your tier configuration.

  • Name: Customize the labels (e.g., "Silver", "Gold", "Platinum").
  • Threshold: Adjust the sales amount required to reach the next level.
  • Auto-Promotion: Once an ambassador's total generated sales (tracked via their affiliate code) cross a threshold, they are automatically promoted to the next tier.

Using Tiers for Segmentation

Tiers are powerful because they allow you to target specific groups:

  • Campaign Access: Launch a campaign only for "VIP" and above. This is great for seeding high-value or early-access products.
  • Commission Rules: Set higher default commission rates for ELITE ambassadors to incentivize continued growth.
  • Broadcasts: Send a broadcast update or exclusive invitation only to your top tier.

Viewing Tiers

In the Ambassadors tab, you can filter your roster by tier to see your most valuable partners at a glance.
