Setting Up Your Brand Identity

Your brand identity is the first thing you configure when you log in to Sonar Seed for the first time. Before you launch, ensure all ambassador facing pages, from landing pages to the portal, look and feel like your brand.

The Brand Kit

Go to Settings > Brand to manage your identity. These settings can be edited at any time and will update all your current landing pages and portal.

1. Identity & Logos

  • Brand Name: This name appears in email subjects and on page titles.
  • Brand Logo: Upload a high-resolution logo (PNG or SVG recommended). This will be featured at the top of your landing pages and in the dashboard header.

2. Visual Style (Colors)

Consistency builds trust. Set your brand's colors to match your storefront:

  • Primary Color: Used for "call to action" buttons, progress bars, and accent elements.
  • Secondary Color: Used for background highlights and secondary accents.

3. Links & Support

  • Support Email: The primary contact email for ambassador inquiries.
  • Support URL: Link to your existing help docs or contact page.
  • Social Links: Link your Instagram, TikTok, or Twitter accounts. These appear in the portal so ambassadors can easily find and tag you.
  • Company Address: Required for legal compliance in transactional emails.

4. Portal Branding

Your portal slug (e.g., sonarseed.com/p/your-brand) is where ambassadors log in. You can customize this slug once in the Portal Settings tab under Global Settings.
