Automated Customer Recruitment
The most effective ambassadors are often your existing customers. Sonar Seed can automatically identify and invite your best shoppers to join your program.
How Automation Works
Go to Settings > Recruitment to enable this feature.
1. Qualification Criteria
You define what a "high-value customer" looks like for your brand:
- Minimum Total Spend: The total amount ($) a customer has spent across all their Shopify orders.
- Minimum Order Count: The number of times they have purchased from your store.
2. The Trigger
Sonar Seed monitors your Shopify store for new orders. When a customer completes a checkout that pushes them over your defined thresholds, the automation triggers.
3. The Invitation
- Invitation Email: If enabled, we automatically send a branded invitation email to the customer.
- Magic Link: The email includes a magic link that allows them to instantly "apply" to your program or join a specific campaign without creating a password.
- Customization: You can customize the content of this specific invitation email in the Templates tab.
Best Practices
- Don't set thresholds too low: You want to maintain the exclusivity of your program. A good baseline is customers who have purchased at least 2-3 times.
- Personalize the Invite: Use the Template Manager to make the invitation feel like a special reward for their loyalty.
