Collecting & Reviewing Content

The goal of seeding is content. Sonar Seed provides a "Proof of Post" workflow to ensure ambassadors are sharing your brand before they can claim future gifts.

Proof of Post (Deliverables)

Once an ambassador's gift has been delivered, they will see a "Submit Proof" task in their Ambassador Portal.

What Ambassadors Submit

Ambassadors are asked to provide:

  • Platform: Where they posted (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • URL: A direct link to the post or story.
  • Notes: Any additional context they want to share.

Reviewing Submissions

Go to your Campaign Dashboard or the Pending Deliverables section on your main dashboard.

Review Actions

  1. Approve: Validates the post. This completes the seeding order and unlocks the "Completed" status for that ambassador, allowing them to participate in future campaigns.
  2. Request Changes (Reject): If the post doesn't meet your campaign requirements (e.g., missing a tag), you can reject it.
    • You MUST provide a message to the ambassador explaining why.
    • They will be notified and can re-submit their proof.

Unlocking Future Gifts

You can configure your campaigns to "Require Previous Completion".

  • When enabled, an ambassador cannot apply for a new gift until their deliverable from their previous campaign has been approved by your team. This ensures a healthy "give and take" in your program.
