Transparency Report

Last Updated: 28.01.2026

1. Introduction

As part of our commitment to privacy and transparency, Sonar Seed publishes an annual Transparency Report. This report outlines requests received from government and law enforcement agencies for access to or disclosure of Merchant or Influencer personal data.

2. Policy on Government Requests

We only disclose data to government or law enforcement agencies when required by law or in response to a valid, legally binding request (such as a subpoena, warrant, or court order). When we receive such a request, our policy is to:

  1. Verify Legality: Carefully review the request to ensure it is legally valid and issued by a competent authority.
  2. Narrow the Scope: Seek to narrow the scope of any request that is overly broad or vague.
  3. Notify Users: Unless legally prohibited or in urgent situations (e.g., immediate threat to life), we aim to notify the affected Merchant of the request before disclosing any data.
  4. Oppose Disclosure: We will challenge or appeal requests that we believe are unlawful or lack a proper legal basis.
